What companies are you an authorized service for? We are a "Premier" authorized service for MEI and Conlux. As a factory authorized service center there will be NO CHARGE for factory warranty repairs. Back to Top

What is your turn-around time? Our average turn-around time on items picked up by our salesmen is two weeks. We offer faster turn-around on walk ins and ship ins. Back to Top
How do you ship product? Our repaired products as well as sales items are shipped by UPS. We offer all the services provided by UPS including ground, second day and overnight. All UPS shipments are tracked by UPS world shipping software. Back to Top
What is TRAX™ and TRAX ON-Line? TRAX is a custom program developed and designed by VRS that will track your repairs through our repair process, it will also provide management reports for the vending operator to us. TRAX ON-Line is a custom web program that will enable the vending operator to view information concerning their repairs 24 hours a day. Back to Top
